About Us – From New York to Los Angeles
Ms. Minerva Mullick is the President and Founder of the Lake Arrowhead School of Etiquette, and is certified by the prestigious The American School of Protocol in Atlanta, Georgia. Their expert and rigorous curriculum includes training children and adults in all aspects of character development as well as corporate communication, strategic self-presentation, and business protocol for domestic and international clients. Based in Lake Arrowhead, we are proud to offer etiquette and protocol training in the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and throughout California.
As a graduate of the prestigious Professional Interpretations and Translations Certification program at the University of California, Riverside, Ms. Mullick is the only Etiquette and Protocol Consultant which offers programs in two languages, English and Spanish. Ms. Mullick also works on special assignments as an Analytical Linguist for Metropolitan Interpreters and Translators with Headquarters in New York City, N.Y.
Ms. Mullick’s extensive experience in the areas of business operations management and all areas of personnel management and training, acquired in the government and private sectors, with organizations such as, the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Home Depot, has equipped her with the skills to teach and train others to reach their maximum potential.
As an Army Officer’s wife, Ms. Mullick has learned through personal experience, the challenges that new officer’s wives face in learning, and adopting the rigorous military protocol rules without any formal guidance or training. Ms. Mullick is a world traveler who enjoys visiting other countries to learn about their cultural values and beliefs, because we live in a world that is economically interconnected.
Ms. Mullick is dedicated to helping people meet life’s opportunities and challenges with confidence, and to help them achieve all they are meant to be.
